A session is 1 hour long. This includes entry to departure. Times are set to allow the bus to be fully cleaned between sessions. Customers MUST exit the room on time to enable the cleaning process to take place ready for the next family.
- £30 for one hour for up to 8 occupants (combination of adult and children)
- £40 for up to 10
- £50 for up to 12 MAX
Yes - you are able to book a double session, however this must be as per the session times below. It is not possible to book a double session either side of the cleaning times.

The room is specialized sensory equipment and majority of the room is padded. It is a calming environment with sensory items for babies and toddlers and for children with additional needs.
Entry to the soft play area is not included.
We do not have a hoist or any assistance equipment.
We do not have a large changing unit.? We do have a spacious disabled toilet with a standard sized baby changing unit which is within the soft play centre. To access this you need to go to reception and through the centre itself.
Yes you can ask a member of staff at the counter in reception but at busy times this may not be available. Food and drink purchased on site CANNOT be eaten in the sensory bus and must be consumed at front of bus or outside. Food that has NOT been purchased onsite cannot be consumed on the premises. NO FOOD ONCE THROUGH THE CURTAIN.
The Capacity is12 in total, this is a combination of adults and children.
We apologize if customers who has visited the bus by the previous company have allowed many more occupants but we wanted to limit this to look after the equipment. This will be checked and monitored via staff and cameras.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the children at all times. You must ensure they do not exit the bus and keep away from the exit doors. The adult booking the bus are responsible for insuring all occupants stay safely inside the bus
You can arrive 5 minutes before your booking slot. Please make your way to the reception and a member of staff will get you signed in. When it is your time we will show you through to the room. When entering and exiting you must take care as you are in a busy car park.
NB – IF THERE IS A QUEUE FOR THE PLAY CENTRE, ONE ADULT CAN GO DIRECTLY TO FRONT AND INFORM RECEPTION YOU ARE HERE.
Unfortunately there is no separate entrance; you will need to come to the main reception and soft play centre to sign in.
We do not have specifically trained staff, we are not a specialized therapy room, and we have a sensory space for children.
Yes we have a sensory ball pit that lights up and changes colours. Sensory ball pits are allowed with current government guidelines.
The ball pit will be fogged at end of each day, please only book if you are happy with this.
Our staff will clean the bus between customers and families. There is a sanitizing station on entry to the bus.
We are aiming to start out with 0-6 years of age, looking to extend this up to age 12 for children with additional needs. For children and young adults above this age please speak to a member of staff.
Customers are responsible for the children at all times, please respect the items within the sensory bus and report any damages or breakage's as soon as possible to a member of staff and costs may occur.
We do not have any party packages at present. You are welcome to add some balloons and banners and suitable decorations (no glitter/confetti/messy items) and as long as capacity is not exceeded. Staff will monitor this via visits and cameras.
NO you cannot just go into the bus if it is empty. You must book to go in the bus. Please see a member of staff to check if it is available and if it is you can pay and go onto the bus.
This is only possible if the session time is available and it does not cross over the 'Close for cleaning' longer session. (times may change from September)
Unfortunately the bus is booking only and the cost is non refundable sorry.
